My name is Terri Holladay and I am proud member of Century 21 Preferred. My passion for helping people and my love of sales made real estate the perfect fit for me. I build strong relationships with each client and always serve their best interests. I am passionate about my clients, whether the first-time home buyer or the seasoned seller, and provide each one with the same level of dedication and commitment to finding the perfect fit. My integrity, ethics, knowledge, and commitment along with excellent customer service has resulted in an expanding network of loyal clients and referrals. I stay up to date with industry trends and market education to better serve my clients. I have sold over 500 real estate transactions to date. I am a Master Diamond, two-time Master Emerald and three-time Master Ruby award winning agent, but, my greatest awards are the satisfaction of my clients and their trust in me by referring their family and friends. I love spending time with my family, hosting community events and helping local charities, especially local animal shelters.
